My Diet

I tend to get into a groove, when I am trying to cut fat, and eat the same thing every day (especially Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks).  Just works better for me.  So this is what I am eating this week.

 

Breakfast:

Breakfast Burrito

2 Eggs (Egg Beaters)

2 Slices Turkey Bacon

One Small Tortilla

 

Mid-Morning Snack:

 4 oz Lowfat Cottage Cheese

1 Small apple

 

 Lunch:

4- 1 oz. Turkey Meatballs (with tomato sauce, and a sprinkling

of grated cheese)

1 Light and Fit Yogurt

2 cups carrots

or

 4 oz chicken salad (canned chicken with light mayo)

Spinach salad with Olive Oil and Vinegar Dressing

1 Sugar-free Jell-o Pudding

 

Afternoon Snack:

Celery Sticks with Natural (sugar-free) peanut butter

or

Handful of Mixed Nuts

or

2 String Cheese sticks

 

Dinner:

1 Chicken Breast on Spinach Salad

with carrots, sprinkle of cheese, and walnuts

with Olive Oil and Vinegar Dressing

or

 Chicken Breast/ Lean Beef

with Lima Beans or Green Beans
