How many women are tired of having those “fat jeans” that unfortunately, inevitably always seem to make their way out of the back corner of their closet and on to their body once a year, sometimes for lengthy stretches?
I, for one, am sick of it!! Why do we have to have those jeans? Forget the goal of keeping them in the closet and off your body. Why can’t we just throw them out for good? Or better yet, give them to Goodwill, and hope that someone else could use them. Well, that is exactly my mission. I call it Mission: Skinny Jeans. I am going to get rid of those “fat jeans” forever, and have every pair in my closet be a hot pair of skinny jeans! You know the kind; tight, low-waisted, sexy jeans. The kind that look like they were sewn for your body. The kind that show off your cute little butt, and your tight, sexy legs. For me, they are the kind that make me feel like a rockstar, and sadly are now the ones in the back corner of my closet.
This blog is a collection of my thoughts, experiences, ideas, tips, and philosophies on getting fit and staying fit. I am a “non-fitness expert”, just like many of you. But fortunately, for me, and those jeans in my closet, I live with a real fitness expert who has taught me a lot about how to reach my goals.
At 26 years old, I have spent over 10 years exercising, playing sports, lifting weights, and eating right. Over the past 4 years especially, I have learned a lot about training and nutrition, and it has completely revolutionized my body. My body composition is completely different from when I was 16. I am more muscular and toned than I ever have been. Most women would love to get back to the way they looked when they were 18. Not me. I looked better at 25, then at 18. Yet, I still always seem to have those times where I lose track of my fitness goals, and my fitness suffers from it. I go up a size, then I get serious, and go down a size.
And I am finished with it, for good! I am at a point in my life where I owe it to myself to be the very best I can be. I deserve to be the fittest, strongest, sexiest that I possibly can. So I created a mission for myself. I am going to throw out the “fat jeans,” and live my life in skinny jeans! In order to do this, I have to take the steps needed that will finally give me those sexy abs, round butt, tight legs, and shapely arms that I have come close to, but have never completely acquired to the degree that I want to.
I hope that this blog inspires, motivates, and assists any women out there who are tired of their ”fat jeans” and have struggled finding the ways to get there FOR GOOD!
